This is plain and simple. If you order an item or items and check out using your credit card, we will ship you your item(s) or inform you of any reasonable delays (ussually by email). You are expected to NOT denigh the charge. Please remember the charge on your statement will say DragonSoft Data Systems (our parent company).

Online Cycle Parts of RI accepts returns up to 30 days after purchase for a full refund with the following provisions:

         Items must -NOT- be damaged in any way.

• Refund is credited when items are received by Online Cycle Parts of RI.
• RMA Must be issued prior to returning item(s)
• Refund amount is less
  Restocking fees:
  15% for 31 - 60 Days
  25% for 61 - 90 Days
  NO refunds after 90 days
• Refund amount is less shipping charges.

Absolutely NO RETURNS on Special Order Items (these items are Clearly Marked in the description)
